To be eligible for a return and full refund (excluding shipping) the product must be:

• Purchased within the last 30 days
• Unused and in its original packaging

As a small business, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. We appreciate you understanding. Please reach out to hello@burnquorum.com to initiate your return. 

Damaged Products

If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Email us at hello@burnquorum.com with photos of the damaged item to begin the exchange process. Once you initiate the exchange, you can elect to have a replacement product sent or receive a refund.
